One of things to note when you check out a list of recommended professionals that you will find on any local Calgary REALTORS ®is if those recommended people are on the list because of client recommendations and the ability to provide competant service or if they are on the list because they pay a fee to the person that they are being recommended by. According to the Real Estate Act any Real Estate Associate must disclose to their clients that they are getting a fee for referring someone and the client must agree to it in writing.

For the record this list of recommended professionals was developed through first hand experience with both clients and directly with each person. No referral fees are paid by any of them to be on this list. If you think someone has done an outstanding job for you contact me and in time they too may be added to the list.
